Well, I missed Monday, but I am back in the saddle. Went to the gym this morning, and it was surprising how many African American men are able to get up and be at the gym at 0500. It warms my heart. Please check out the why men cheat.

Hello,

I am sticking to this, three days in a row. This is going to be the longest battle. However, I have been thinking greatly about things to place here. Not so much politics, but more relationships and stories about me and my friends. These stories are designed to assist others, so they they do not make my mistakes.

Good afternoon all,

My new goal is to simply write something everyday on VBM. So, what should I write. Well, I can only write about what I know unless it is a question I am asking. So, I am starting a section on the misadventures of me and my African American male friends. This section will be call the four brothers. I hope you enjoy hearing about it like I enjoy reading it.

Hello All,

I have been building this site and tearing it down for some time. I have decided that it is very much worth my time and effort, and I will be adding my own articles to the site. It will not be easy as I have always been rather apprehensive about my own writing/typing. But I will bite the bullet, and begin to share what it is to be a Virtual Black Man.
